DONATION REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your donation and your support of our organization. Normally, donations are non-refundable, but if you have made a mistake in making your donation to our organization, please contact us. Refunds are made using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
We will accept your refund request within 15 days of your donation.

Policy on change or discontinuation of recurring donations
To change or discontinue your monthly recurring donation, call the Mission Advancement Office at +49 30 34655-4000 at least 15 days prior to the discontinuation date.

Refund policy for recurring donations
All donors have the option to make recurring donations. We will only be able to refund the previous month's donation. See Donation Refund Policy above.

Refund policy for overpayment or error
Where an error has occurred on the part of our organization or a banking service that has resulted in an overpayment, our organization may, after consultation with the donor, reimburse either by crediting the overpayment to the donor or by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be mailed within 30 days to the donor's address of record. Donors are responsible for communicating any change of address to the Mission Advancement Office.
