Jean-Paul was born and raised in Dubai, UAE. With decades of experience in the Arabian Peninsula (GCC), Jean-Paul was appointed by the President of Chile to be the Ambassador of Chile to the United Arab Emirates, the GCC and Pakistan from January 2009 until May 2018.
